The Riding Academy
at Sundance Ranch

Our mission is to provide therapeutic horseback riding and animal-assisted therapy to adults and children facing emotional, mental, and mild physical challenges. We focus on serving people with special needs, veterans and active military personnel, first responders, and others who would benefit from animal therapy, with a special emphasis on horses.
We aim to offer a safe and supportive environment where individuals of all ages can learn horsemanship, animal care, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of interacting with animals. Our services include:
> Horsemanship lessons for both adults and children
> Guided trail rides, with or without campfire meals
> Educational experiences about the history of Pahrump Valley and ranch life
> Special events, such as birthday parties, in a safe and welcoming environment
All donations will benefit Nevada Sundance Ranch, supporting our mission and the individuals we serve.

Western Experience
A trail ride in the Mojave desert and a cowboy-style meal are part of the Western Experience. Enjoy the out-west feeling of an open fire and eating out under the stars.
Buckaroo Experience
Bring the younger members of the family too! Children under 8 will enjoy pony rides and the opportunity to interact with our other animals. It will be a fun adventure for them while you are on the trail.
Riding Academy
Our Riding Academy offers lessons for all age groups and skill levels. Horsemanship is our main goal beginning with grooming the horse, learning to saddle the horse, and riding the horse.
Special Events
Throughout the year we host special events. They include a Spring Fling, Valentine Ride, Halloween Fest, and other seasonal events. The events are for all ages and include something for adults and youngsters. Join us for entertainment, food, music, horseback rides, and lots of fun. We also offer themed birthday parties for kids of all ages and adults.
If you have a school group, church group or youth group, this is a great place for a day-camp or even a camp for more than one day. Please call us for more information.
